February 2020 | Preliminary Study This is a new construction project, whose intention was to create an object that stood out from the surroundings by its modern architectural language.
In formal terms, the intention is to create a volume that does not have a static shape, hence the idea of drawing several projections and recesses in the facades, which are accompanied by the combination and duality of materials.
To reinforce the concept of the image we wanted for the project, we also chose to create a gap between the perimeter of the floors.
