April 2021 | Execution Project The following project aimed too construct a building for commerce and collective housing in Vale de Cambra.
This building is located on a sloping terrain, has na entrance at the ground floor on the main façade, being that part of this floor is aiming to be for commerce. There are also a T3 duplex on the -1 floor and ground floor, a T3 apartment on the 1st floor and another one on the 2nd floor.
Located in a privileged location in terms of views and solar orientations, the project forsees the creation of balconies for the residents of the houses to enjoy.
