December 2019 | Preliminary Study The following project is a habitation of small dimensions with all the intrinsic amenities when inhabiting.
The constructed volume was built in Light Steel Framing is composed of an outer casing coated with microcement giving the feeling of a heavy element that constrasts with the central element that surrounds the housing core inside.
The main intent was to create a simple language with a marking identity evident in its different angles, advances and retreats.
