February 2019 | Viability Study This is a viability study for an Aparthotel located near Nazaré beach.
We opted for an approach as transparent as possible interrupted by horizontal planes in order to take the most out of the surrounding view. For this motive, the apartments were designed with uneven floors so that everyone can enjoy the landscape.
The building also has an underground parking lot in the -2 floor, a gym in the -1 floor, a shopping gallery on the ground floor, social areas in every single upper levels, a spa, a restaurant, a bar and even a swimming pool on the rooftop.
