April 2017 | Finishing phase The construction of the original project takes us back to 1932. This being such a rich and distant project, our intention to maintain the morphology and authenticity of the original project was perpetual.
In this sense, the proposal maintains only the exterior walls, so that we can propose a completely new housing, with modern space options and games.
Outside, we only propose the integration of some materials and punctual elements of a more contemporary nature, and the alteration of some spans, in order to guarantee better levels of health and habitability to the project.
