April 2016 | Preliminary Study This is a project for the rehabilitation and expansion of a ruin in rural areas. For the client, it was essential to transform the building into a place of getaway and rest.
The concept of the project emerged from the need to create an extension of the pre-existence that would grab it connecting the two volumes creating an interior flow.
The private areas of the house are located inside of the ruin and the new building has the social areas of the house. The different heights of the land were also used for to create a terrace.
