Local Housing NB

The following project aims to be a local housing with an area for the production of artisanal wines.
This L-shaped building is divided in two different parts, one “private” and one “public”. The first divided in three suites, the second divided in a kitchen, a dining room and a living room.
This building opens itself to the interior of the property, keeping its guest’s privacy, while offering sights to the garden and pool.
The materials that were chosen to this annexe were the local stone, concrete and wood.
This accommodation aims to serve as a place for events given by its host.
