January 2019 | Viability Study This is a study for a hotel with 56 apartments. The apartments are T1, T2 and T3 spread over 4 different floors.
The principle of the project was the creation of an organic object on stilts, accompanied by elevated paths that skirt the trees and existing vegetation, originating forms inspired by the surrounding gold courses.
The building mismatches between floors, thus forming terraces and balconies with social areas with views over the see and the gold courses.
It should be noted that the project was carried out in collaboration with the architect Philippe Veteau.
