August 2018 | Viability Study The following project is an aparthotel with 148 apartments with associated support areas.
The architectural concept is based on the traditional Algarvian construction, using local materials such as stone and wood.
The building was projected in a way to value each apartment throughout the direct sights to green areas that increase the privacy of each unit.
In the common areas, such as the pool and garden, local plants were grown, creating a welcoming environment that needs low maintenance.
It should be noted that the project was carried out in collaboration with the architect Philippe Veteau.
