August 2017 | Finishing Phase The following project is a rehabilitation of a housing building that started out with four independente volumes. Therefore, the first intent of the project was to create a new volume capable of merging every single block into a T3 house.
The intervention based itself in the authenticity of the original building, as well as guaranty that the new volume stands out of the original elements, in a way that’s easy to identify what’s old and what’s new.
In programmatic therms, the idea was to assign a different topology to each volume.
